This measure applies to products for which the submitted information is invalid or for which the contract with a service provider acting as the responsible person for non-EU manufacturers has been terminated.
Mostnon-food consumer products are covered, including used, repaired, and refurbished products.There are exceptions, notably medicines, food and beverages, and plant protection products.
